Eres Relocation is a privately owned, fully independent company specializing in global mobility services. Recognized as a trusted partner in the relocation industry, we deliver high-quality mobility programs designed to ensure the success of executives and their families when moving to a new destination.

With offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Malaga, Paris, Milan, Lisbon, Porto, Amsterdam, and Hamburg, we provide seamless coverage across Spain, France, Portugal, Italy, the Netherlands, and Germany.

Founded in 2007 through the merger of Executive Relocations Spain (established in 1993 by Elaine Hery) and Solution Relocation (established in 2001 by José Antonio de Ros), Eres combines decades of expertise and innovation in the mobility sector. Today, the company is led by its owners and joint Managing Directors, Elaine Hery, José Antonio de Ros, and Julia Meyer-Sommer, who continue to drive our vision of excellence and client satisfaction.

Eresmus Exchange programme

Working in eres means working in an international work environment. There are opportunities to share ideas and collaborate with colleagues in our different countries. Through the Eresmus Exchange programme you can even become part of another office team for a period of time.

Eres Academy

We put people first, that means our employees too. We place special focus on personal and professional development through training and empowerment at an early career stage. The Eres Academy offers an in-house onboarding programme and all sorts of operational training as well as external training, like a Stress Management Workshop or a Leadership course. We are committed to helping all employees reach their full potential as quickly as possible.

Eres Day

All Eresians meet once a year in one of our countries for the famous Eres Day. The host office organises a full day with team-building activities and getting-to-know-each-other social events, the company pays all expenses. We thouroughly enjoyed the Flower Power Eres Day in Amsterdam in 2024. For 2025, it is the priviledge of the Barcelona office to organise the event.
