Freelance Field Consultants for the following cities: Hamburg, Kiel, Bremen, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Köln, Frankfurt, Heilbronn, Nürnberg, München, Freiburg
Eres Relocation Germany is a full-service DSP and part of a larger group of DSPs in Europe with 10 offices in Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, the Netherlands and the Czech Republic. We are looking to add several Freelance Field Consultants to our pool of consultants for the German business.
You will be our eyes and ears on the ground, meeting with our transferees in person during the home finding tours, the visits to town hall and local immigration office, the bank, the schools etc. You are going to be the face of eres, building rapport and making sure they settle well in their new environments.
Coordination of service delivery:
Arrival Services:
- Welcome meeting /understand client needs / set expectations
- Orientation tour
- Assistance with registration procedures
Home-Finding:
- Management of transferee expectations with regards to properties and third parties
- Manage property searches according to client´s requirements and preferences
- Organize visit program
- Accompany the client and coordinate all visits
- Assist in the lease negotiation and signing
- Manage check in inspection
- Assistance with registration procedures
- Town hall registration
- Utilities & Internet
- Bank account
School-Finding:
- Check options with schools, local Education Board.
- Accompany them to school visits
- Assist with school registrations
Administration
- Accurate service invoicing incl. expense information and timings
Departure Services:
- Manage departure services
- Pre-check out and final check out
- Termination of utility & internet contracts
- Support deposit return
- Townhall de-registration
Miscellanea:
- Attendance of trainings
- Regular reporting to responsible Account Manager on case progress
- Others ad hoc services
Your profile
The Field Consultant role typically suits a representative, diplomatic and communicative individual. Ideally, you have lived abroad yourself, whether that was for study or otherwise. We are looking for a reliable and creative personality, able to deal with life’s inevitable disappointments in a mature way. Down-to-earth working attitude, strong administrative skills and strong people skills are a prerequisite, as are a positive outlook on life, healthy curiosity and pleasure in service delivery.

Experience
We welcome consultants who can hit the ground running, so ideally with several years in Relocation already. Good knowledge of the local real estate market and local registrations. Excellent reading and writing skills in English.

We offer a freelance contract with an agreed hourly rate. There are regular trainings on the job that you can take part in to further develop yourself in your field.
