We especially focus on personal and professional development through training and empowerment at an early stage of the career. We are committed to helping all employees reach their full potential as quickly as possible. We put people first, that means our employees too. We manage the needs that come up with a flexible work location policy, and the possibility of working from home 2 to 3 days per week. We measure performance by results, not by number of “connected hours.”

All Eresians meet once a year in one of our countries. The receiving office organises a few days with team-building activities and getting-to-know-each-other social events. Let’s hope you will be joining us too for our next Eres Day!
