Job Description
As a freelance Field Consultant based in Valencia, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional relocation experience to our clients. This position requires a strong understanding of Valencia and its surrounding areas, enabling you to provide expert local guidance and tailored support throughout the relocation journey. You will be responsible for managing high-profile cases and working closely with demanding international clients, ensuring the highest standards of service, professionalism, and responsiveness. Success in this role requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to build trust while managing complex situations with confidence.
This is a Freelance position.
Coordination of service delivery:
Arrival services
- Welcome meeting /understand client needs / set expectations
- Orientation tour
- Assistance with registration procedures
- NIE / TIE
- Opening bank account
Home Finding
- Management of assignee expectations with regards to properties and third parties
- Manage property searches according to client´s requirements and preferences
- Organize visit program
- Accompany the client and coordinate all visits
- Assist in the lease signing
- Manage check in inspection
- Assistance with registration procedures
- Town hall registration
- Utilities & Internet
Public medical registration
- INSS: inclusion beneficiaries
- Medical Center registration
DGT (driving license changes)
School Finding
- Check options with schools, local Education Board.
- Accompany them to school visits
- Assist with school registrations
Administration
- Updating of company database Onyx (as required)
- Accurate service invoicing incl. expense information and timings
Departure services
- Manage departure services
- Pre-check out and final check out
- Internet router devolution
- Townhall de-registration
Miscellanea
- Attendance of trainings
- Regular reporting to responsible Account Manager on case progress
- Others (post-office, …)
Your profile
The Field Consultant role typically suits a representative, diplomatic and communicative individual. Ideally, you have lived abroad yourself, whether that was for study or otherwise. We are looking for a reliable and creative personality, able to deal with life’s inevitable disappointments in a mature way. Down-to-earth working attitude, strong administrative skills and strong people skills are a prerequisite, as are a positive outlook on life, healthy curiosity and pleasure in service delivery.

Experience
We welcome consultants who can hit the ground running, so with several years in Relocation already. Good knowledge of the local real estate market and local registrations. Excellent reading and writing skills in English.
Requirements
- Bilingual Spanish – English and other languages are appreciated
- Vehicle and driving license as a plus

We offer a freelance contract with an agreed hourly rate and milage expenses covered. There are regular trainings on the job that you can take part in to further develop yourself in your field.
