There are many perks of being part of a larger organisation; professionally we operate at a very high level, lots to learn and to develop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are looking to add several\u00a0<strong>Freelance Field Consultants<\/strong>\u00a0to our pool of consultants for the German business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will be our eyes and ears on the ground, meeting with our transferees in person during the home finding tours, the visits to town hall and local immigration office, the bank, the schools etc. You are going to be the face of\u00a0<strong>eres<\/strong>, building rapport and making sure they settle well in their new environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><u>Coordination of service delivery:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Arrival Services:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Welcome meeting \/understand client needs \/ set expectations<ul><li>Orientation tour<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assistance with registration procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Home-Finding:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Management of transferee expectations with regards to properties and third parties<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage property searches according to client\u00b4s requirements and preferences<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize visit program<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accompany the client and coordinate all visits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in the lease negotiation and signing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage check in inspection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assistance with registration procedures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Town hall registration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilities &amp; Internet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bank account<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>School-Finding:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check options with schools, local Education Board.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accompany them to school visits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with school registrations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Administration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Accurate service invoicing incl. expense information and timings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Departure Services:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage departure services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pre-check out and final check out<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Termination of utility &amp; internet contracts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support deposit return<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Townhall de-registration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Miscellanea:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Attendance of trainings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regular reporting to responsible Account Manager on case progress<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Others ad hoc services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your profile<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Field Consultant role typically suits a representative, diplomatic and communicative individual. Ideally, you have lived abroad yourself, whether that was for study or otherwise. We are looking for a reliable and creative personality, able to deal with life\u2019s inevitable disappointments in a mature way. Down-to-earth working attitude, strong administrative skills and strong people skills are a prerequisite, as are a positive outlook on life, healthy curiosity and pleasure in service delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Local area knowledge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Polite client focused attitude<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Service oriented<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We welcome consultants who can hit the ground running, so ideally with several years in Relocation already. Good knowledge of the local real estate market and local registrations.
