The main function to coordinate and oversee the process of relocating employees, clients, or individuals to a new location, ensuring a smooth transition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coordination of assigned relocation services for various accounts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compliance with ISO and EuRA GQS requirements for relevant processes and procedures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compliance with client specific requirements (updating&nbsp;client database and document requirements)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communication and reporting with Client HR or RMC consultant to accept service authorization and assign <strong>eres<\/strong> Field Consultant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communication with Client HR or RMC through the Relocation Program &#8211; sending regular updates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communication with client employee (assignee) from the start of the service delivery right through to completion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordination and communication with <strong>eres<\/strong> Field Consultant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordination and communication with third-party providers (TA agencies, Real Estate Agencies, Banks, Cleaning services&#8230;)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handling and supervision of administrative steps (Local registration processes, Social Security registration, Exchange of driving license, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible for&nbsp;input of invoicing information and 100% accuracy for these accounts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sending and follow up of assignee questionnaires for these accounts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor of Field Consultants costs and expenses to achieve service profitability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accurate updating of ONYX<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attendance of trainings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attendance of Ops Meetings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Candidate profile<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Well organized, methodical and efficient<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Service focused<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leadership capabilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Highly developed communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Client focused and enthusiastic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solution-oriented<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong personal commitment and the ability to handle stress<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interest in dealing with different cultures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with Spanish authorities and real estate market are a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nice to have but not required<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Curious about other cultures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with Spain authorities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with real estate market<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>University degree<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bilingual \u2013 fluent in English (spoken and written)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">We offer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Working in\u00a0<strong>eres<\/strong>\u00a0means working in an international work environment as part of a growing &amp; dynamic team.
