We\u2019ve summarized the original report from the Ministry of Industry and Trade which you can find <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mpo.cz\/cz\/zahranicni-obchod\/ekonomicka-migrace\/upozorneni-zmeny-ve-vladnich-programech-ekonomicke-migrace---278737\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ukraine and Highly Qualified Employees<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ukrainian citizens will be able to be included in the Key and Scientific Personnel Program and the Highly Qualified Employee Program if they meet one of the following conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Holds temporary protection or international protection in another EU member state or is an applicant for this protection, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resides in the territory of Ukraine and is authorized to travel from the territory of Ukraine according to the applicable Ukrainian regulations, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resides in another country on the basis of a long-term visa or a long-term or permanent residence permit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A qualified employee may be included in the Program if they meet one of the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Holds temporary protection or international protection in another EU member state or is an applicant for this protection, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resides in the territory of Ukraine and is authorized to travel from the territory of Ukraine according to the applicable Ukrainian regulations, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resides in another country on the basis of a long-term visa or a long-term residence permit for a period of less than 2 years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Adult unaccompanied children included in programs for highly skilled workers as immediate family members can no longer obtain a<\/strong> <strong>long-term visa for family purposes or a residence permit for the purpose of family coexistence<\/strong>. However, if they become dependent due to continuous preparation for a future job in the Czech Republic, they will now be able to apply together with their parents for the following types of residence permits: visa for more than 90 days for the purpose of study or for other purposes\/long-term residence permit for the purpose of study.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mpo.cz\/cz\/zahranicni-obchod\/ekonomicka-migrace\/program-digitalni-nomad--275277\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Digital nomad program<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The program is aimed at highly qualified and top IT professionals. The goal of the program is to respond to changing trends in the field of international mobility of employees and freelancers, especially in the IT sector, and to facilitate their settlement in the Czech Republic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The program is intended for the citizens of: Australia, Japan, Canada, the Republic of Korea, New Zealand, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the United States of America, or Taiwan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The program is intended for&nbsp;<strong>digital nomads<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022&nbsp;<strong>employees of a foreign company<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 an employee of a foreign company who will work for this company remotely for a long-term period from the Czech Republic. The foreign national remains in an employment relationship with their foreign company and does not enter into an employment relationship with the Czech employer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022&nbsp;<strong>freelancers (self-employed)<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 a foreign national who is or will be a holder of a Czech business&nbsp;license.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The closest family members of digital nomads<\/strong> (spouse, registered partner or child) can also be included in the Program, provided they apply for a residence permit at the same time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Digital nomads admitted to the Program are granted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>an opportunity to submit their long-term visa\/long-term residence permit application\u00a0<\/strong>at the Embassy\/consulate of the Czech Republic abroad. The same opportunity is given to their closest family members;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>processing their long-term visa\/long-term residence permit application form within\u00a0<strong>45 days from its submission.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Long-term residence permit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A foreigner who has submitted an application for the issuance of a long-term residence permit is obliged to appear in person within 30 days<\/strong> from the day of entry into the Czech Republic to process the data necessary for the issuance of a residence permit. In the case of applications for long-term visas, the deadline is 3 working days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Economic migration project<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Participants in economic migration projects whose home states issue a certificate of integrity in the English language will now be able to use this document without an official translation into Czech, i.e. only in the original English version. <\/strong>The condition is that the original document is issued in English (a translation from another language of the original into English cannot be used) and that the certificate of integrity does not contain any record of criminal activity. The condition of document verification with an apostille or superlegalization remains in place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mpo.cz\/cz\/rozcestnik\/pro-media\/tiskove-zpravy\/mpo-podporuje-letecky-prumysl--spousti-projekt-na-vycvik-pilotu-z-tretich-zemi--278694\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Pilot project<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Government has approved a new project which is to support the <strong>training of pilots from third countries in the Czech Republic.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Pilot project guarantees foreigners from some countries outside the EU the right to apply for a residence permit at the Embassy of the Czech Republic for the purpose of flight training. The annual capacity will be 200 applications for a visa to stay over 90 days for the \u201cother purposes\u201d. N\u011bkolik zm\u011bn se t\u00fdk\u00e1 zejm\u00e9na ob\u010dan\u016f Ukrajiny. Shrnuli jsme pro V\u00e1s p\u016fvodn\u00ed zpr\u00e1vu od Ministerstva Pr\u016fmyslu a Obchodu, kterou najdete <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mpo.cz\/cz\/zahranicni-obchod\/ekonomicka-migrace\/upozorneni-zmeny-ve-vladnich-programech-ekonomicke-migrace---278737\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">zde<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ukrajina a Program vysoce kvalifikovan\u00fd zam\u011bstnanec<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ob\u010dana Ukrajiny bude mo\u017en\u00e9 za\u0159adit do Programu kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd a v\u011bdeck\u00fd person\u00e1l a Programu vysoce kvalifikovan\u00fd zam\u011bstnanec, pokud spln\u00ed jednu z n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch podm\u00ednek:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>je dr\u017eitelem do\u010dasn\u00e9 ochrany nebo mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed ochrany v jin\u00e9m \u010dlensk\u00e9m st\u00e1tu EU nebo \u017eadatelem o tuto ochranu, nebo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pob\u00fdv\u00e1 na \u00fazem\u00ed Ukrajiny a je podle platn\u00fdch ukrajinsk\u00fdch p\u0159edpis\u016f opr\u00e1vn\u011bn vycestovat z ukrajinsk\u00e9ho \u00fazem\u00ed, nebo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pob\u00fdv\u00e1 v jin\u00e9m st\u00e1t\u011b na z\u00e1klad\u011b dlouhodob\u00e9ho v\u00edza nebo povolen\u00ed k dlouhodob\u00e9mu nebo trval\u00e9mu pobytu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do Programu kvalifikovan\u00fd zam\u011bstnanec bude moci b\u00fdt za\u0159azen, pokud spln\u00ed jednu z n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch podm\u00ednek:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>je dr\u017eitelem do\u010dasn\u00e9 ochrany nebo mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed ochrany v jin\u00e9m \u010dlensk\u00e9m st\u00e1tu EU nebo \u017eadatelem o tuto ochranu, nebo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pob\u00fdv\u00e1 na \u00fazem\u00ed Ukrajiny a je podle platn\u00fdch ukrajinsk\u00fdch p\u0159edpis\u016f opr\u00e1vn\u011bn vycestovat z ukrajinsk\u00e9ho \u00fazem\u00ed, nebo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pob\u00fdv\u00e1 v jin\u00e9m st\u00e1t\u011b na z\u00e1klad\u011b dlouhodob\u00e9ho v\u00edza nebo povolen\u00ed k dlouhodob\u00e9mu pobytu po dobu krat\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 2 roky.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zletil\u00e9 nezaopat\u0159en\u00e9 d\u011bti za\u0159azovan\u00e9 do program\u016f pro vysoce kvalifikovan\u00e9 zam\u011bstnance jako nejbli\u017e\u0161\u00ed rodinn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edci<\/strong> <strong>ji\u017e nemohou z\u00edskat dlouhodob\u00e9ho v\u00edzum za rodinn\u00fdm \u00fa\u010delem nebo povolen\u00ed k pobytu za \u00fa\u010delem spole\u010dn\u00e9ho sou\u017eit\u00ed rodiny.<\/strong>Budou-li v\u0161ak nezaopat\u0159en\u00e9 kv\u016fli soustavn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b na budouc\u00ed povol\u00e1n\u00ed na \u00fazem\u00ed \u010cR, bude jim nov\u011b umo\u017en\u011bno \u017e\u00e1dat spole\u010dn\u011b s rodi\u010di o n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed typy pobytov\u00fdch opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00ed: v\u00edzum k pobytu nad 90 dn\u016f za \u00fa\u010delem studia nebo za \u00fa\u010delem ostatn\u00ed\/povolen\u00ed k dlouhodob\u00e9mu pobytu za \u00fa\u010delem studia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mpo.cz\/cz\/zahranicni-obchod\/ekonomicka-migrace\/program-digitalni-nomad--275277\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Program digit\u00e1ln\u00ed nom\u00e1d<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Program m\u00ed\u0159\u00ed na skupinu vysoce kvalifikovan\u00fdch a \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fdch pracovn\u00edk\u016f z oblasti IT. C\u00edlem Programu je reagovat na m\u011bn\u00edc\u00ed se trendy v oblasti mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed mobility zam\u011bstnanc\u016f a tzv. freelancer\u016f, a to p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v sektoru IT, a usnadnit usazov\u00e1n\u00ed takov\u00fdchto pracovn\u00edk\u016f v \u010cR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Program se vztahuje na ob\u010dany Austr\u00e1lie, Japonska, Kanady, Korejsk\u00e9 republiky, Nov\u00e9ho Z\u00e9landu, Spojen\u00e9ho kr\u00e1lovstv\u00ed Velk\u00e9 Brit\u00e1nie a Severn\u00edho Irska, Spojen\u00fdch st\u00e1t\u016f americk\u00fdch nebo Tchaj-wanu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Program je ur\u010den digit\u00e1ln\u00edm nom\u00e1d\u016fm:&nbsp;<strong>digital nomads<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022&nbsp;<strong>zam\u011bstnanc\u016fm zahrani\u010dn\u00ed spole\u010dnosti<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 zam\u011bstnanec zahrani\u010dn\u00ed spole\u010dnosti, kter\u00fd pro ni bude vzd\u00e1len\u011b dlouhodob\u011b pracovat na \u00fazem\u00ed \u010cR za pou\u017eit\u00ed telekomunika\u010dn\u00edch prost\u0159edk\u016f. Cizinec v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 po celou dobu v pracovn\u011bpr\u00e1vn\u00edm vztahu ke sv\u00e9 zahrani\u010dn\u00ed obchodn\u00ed spole\u010dnosti a neuzav\u00edr\u00e1 v \u010cR pracovn\u011bpr\u00e1vn\u00ed vztah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022&nbsp;<strong>freelancer\u016fm (OSV\u010c)<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 a foreign national who is or will be a holder of a Czech business&nbsp;license.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Do Programu lze za\u0159adit i nejbli\u017e\u0161\u00ed rodinn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edky digit\u00e1ln\u00edch nom\u00e1d\u016f<\/strong> (man\u017eel\/ka, registrovan\u00fd\/\u00e1 partner\/ka, d\u00edt\u011b) za p\u0159edpokladu, \u017ee \u017e\u00e1daj\u00ed o pobytov\u00e9 opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00ed sou\u010dasn\u011b s nimi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00da\u010dastn\u00edk\u016fm, kte\u0159\u00ed budou do Programu za\u0159azeni, je garantov\u00e1no:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>mo\u017enost pod\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dosti o pobytov\u00e9 opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00ed\u00a0<\/strong>za \u00fa\u010delem podnik\u00e1n\u00ed (OSV\u010c) nebo \u201eostatn\u00ed\u201c (zam\u011bstnanec zahrani\u010dn\u00ed spole\u010dnosti s mo\u017enost\u00ed vzd\u00e1len\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce) na zastupitelsk\u00e9m \u00fa\u0159adu \u010cR v zahrani\u010d\u00ed, a to i s jejich nejbli\u017e\u0161\u00edmi rodinn\u00fdmi p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edky,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vy\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dosti o pobytov\u00e9 opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00ed\u00a0<strong>do 45 dn\u016f od jej\u00edho pod\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Povolen\u00ed k dlouhodob\u00e9mu pobytu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cizinec, kter\u00fd podal \u017e\u00e1dost o vyd\u00e1n\u00ed povolen\u00ed k dlouhodob\u00e9mu pobytu, je povinen se do 30 dn\u016f ode dne vstupu na \u00fazem\u00ed \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky osobn\u011b dostavit<\/strong> ke zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed \u00fadaj\u016f nezbytn\u00fdch pro vyd\u00e1n\u00ed povolen\u00ed k pobytu. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b \u017e\u00e1dost\u00ed o dlouhodob\u00e1 v\u00edza je lh\u016fta 3 pracovn\u00ed dny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vl\u00e1dn\u00ed programy ekonomick\u00e9 migrace<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00da\u010dastn\u00edci vl\u00e1dn\u00edch program\u016f, jejich\u017e domovsk\u00e9 st\u00e1ty vyd\u00e1vaj\u00ed osv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed o bez\u00fahonnosti v anglick\u00e9m jazyce, budou nyn\u00ed moci tento dokument pou\u017e\u00edvat bez \u00fa\u0159edn\u00edho p\u0159ekladu do \u010de\u0161tiny, tedy pouze v origin\u00e1ln\u00ed anglick\u00e9 verzi. <\/strong>Podm\u00ednkou je, \u017ee origin\u00e1l dokladu je vystaven v angli\u010dtin\u011b (nelze pou\u017e\u00edt p\u0159eklad z jin\u00e9ho jazyka origin\u00e1lu do angli\u010dtiny) a \u017ee potvrzen\u00ed o bez\u00fahonnosti neobsahuje \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd z\u00e1znam o trestn\u00e9 \u010dinnosti. Podm\u00ednka ov\u011b\u0159en\u00ed dokladu apostilou nebo superlegalizac\u00ed z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 zachov\u00e1na.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mpo.cz\/cz\/rozcestnik\/pro-media\/tiskove-zpravy\/mpo-podporuje-letecky-prumysl--spousti-projekt-na-vycvik-pilotu-z-tretich-zemi--278694\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Projekt PILOT<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vl\u00e1da schv\u00e1lila projekt, kter\u00fd podpo\u0159\u00ed <strong>v\u00fdcvik pilot\u016f ze t\u0159et\u00edch zem\u00ed v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Projekt PILOT garantuje cizinc\u016fm z n\u011bkter\u00fdch zem\u00ed mimo Evropskou unii mo\u017enost po\u017e\u00e1dat o pobytov\u00e9 opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00ed za \u00fa\u010delem leteck\u00e9ho v\u00fdcviku. Ro\u010dn\u00ed kapacita projektu bude 200 \u017e\u00e1dost\u00ed o v\u00edzum k pobytu nad 90 dn\u016f.
