Have you ever brought an original document (a single copy!) to the Department of Foreigners and had it confiscated by an official on the spot? With our help, this won\u2019t happen to you again. The institutions, in our case especially the Ministry of the Interior, require the original document to be included in the file. To make sure you don\u2019t lose your valuable documents, we can advise you on how to obtain certified copies (\u201cov\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 kopie\u201d).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n What is meant by original documents? Let\u2019s take an example. Look at your employment contract. It should bear the signature of a company representative, preferably in blue ink, and ideally also the company\u2019s stamp. We call this version of the document the original; it shows that the information is genuine and therefore valid. <\/p>\n\n\n\n If you decide to make copies on your own and copy the contract yourself, we will call the finished product a plain copy, which does not carry the same weight as the original. The Ministry of the Interior (Department of Foreigners) will not accept it and other authorities will very likely not accept it either. <\/p>\n\n\n\n We recommend contacting a notary or Czech POINT, which is the most accessible place where you can obtain certified copies of documents. For example, you can find Czech POINT<\/a> at almost every post office. It does not take long and it is not very expensive. The certified copy will be marked with a sticker or stamp with details of the office and the person who made the copy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n That\u2019s it, we have a document that carries the same weight as the original because it was made by a registered office and worker, and has its own traceable number in the records. Such a service costs 30 CZK per page, some places also charge you a few crowns for copying (for example at the post office), elsewhere you pay 21% VAT (at a notary).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Please also take into account that in the case of multilingual or foreign language documents, you may not be served at Czech POINT offices. In these situations, it is better to contact a notary office. If for some reason you need to present civil registry documents, such as birth or marriage certificates, you can go straight to the office with only the originals, without a certified copy. There is an exception for civil registry documents, the clerk is required to copy them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Those who are prepared are not caught off guard. If necessary, always go to the offices armed with certified copies of essential documents. Uk\u00e1\u017eeme si to na p\u0159\u00edkladu. Pod\u00edvejte se na svoji pracovn\u00ed smlouvu. M\u011bla by b\u00fdt opat\u0159ena podpisem z\u00e1stupce spole\u010dnosti, a to nejl\u00e9pe modr\u00fdm inkoustem, a v ide\u00e1ln\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b tak\u00e9 raz\u00edtkem spole\u010dnosti. Takovou verzi dokumentu naz\u00fdv\u00e1me origin\u00e1lem, je z n\u00ed z\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee uveden\u00e9 informace jsou prav\u00e9, a tedy platn\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Rozhodnete-li se ud\u011blat kopie na vlastn\u00ed p\u011bst a okop\u00edrujete si smlouvu sami, hotov\u00fd produkt budeme naz\u00fdvat oby\u010dejnou kopi\u00ed, kter\u00e1 nem\u00e1 stejnou v\u00e1hu jako p\u0159edloha. Ministerstvo vnitra (Odd\u011blen\u00ed pobytu cizinc\u016f) v\u00e1m ji neakceptuje a jin\u00e9 \u00fa\u0159ady velice pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b tak\u00e9 ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Doporu\u010dujeme se obr\u00e1tit na not\u00e1\u0159e \u010di pracovi\u0161t\u011b Czech POINTu, co\u017e je nejdostupn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed m\u00edsto, kde si m\u016f\u017eete ov\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 kopie dokument\u016f obstarat. Czech POINT<\/a> toti\u017e najdete nap\u0159\u00edklad t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 na ka\u017ed\u00e9 po\u0161t\u011b. Netrv\u00e1 to dlouho a nen\u00ed to ani p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 drah\u00e9. Ov\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 kopie bude ozna\u010dena n\u00e1lepkou \u010di raz\u00edtkem s detaily o kancel\u00e1\u0159i a osob\u011b, kter\u00e1 kopii vyhotovila.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A je to, m\u00e1me dokument, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 stejnou v\u00e1hu jako origin\u00e1l, proto\u017ee byl proveden registrovan\u00fdm m\u00edstem a pracovn\u00edkem a m\u00e1 sv\u00e9 vlastn\u00ed \u010d\u00edslo dohledateln\u00e9 v evidenci. Takov\u00e1 slu\u017eba stoj\u00ed 30 korun za str\u00e1nku, n\u011bkde v\u00e1m na\u00fa\u010dtuj\u00ed tak\u00e9 p\u00e1r korun za kop\u00edrov\u00e1n\u00ed (t\u0159eba na po\u0161t\u011b), jinde zase zaplat\u00edte 21% DPH (u not\u00e1\u0159e).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Berte tak\u00e9 v potaz, \u017ee v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b v\u00edcejazy\u010dn\u00fdch \u010di rovnou cizojazy\u010dn\u00fdch dokument\u016f nemus\u00edte b\u00fdt na pracovi\u0161t\u00edch Czech POINT obslou\u017eeni. V t\u011bchto situac\u00edch se rad\u011bji obra\u0165te na not\u00e1\u0159skou kancel\u00e1\u0159. Nebo se pod\u00edvejte na n\u00e1\u0161 p\u0159edchoz\u00ed \u010dl\u00e1nek o tom, jak si po\u0159\u00eddit ov\u011b\u0159en\u00fd p\u0159eklad dokument\u016f do \u010de\u0161tiny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Jako u v\u0161eho, i zde m\u016f\u017eeme naj\u00edt v\u00fdjimky. Pro matri\u010dn\u00ed dokumenty existuje v\u00fdjimka, ty \u00fa\u0159edn\u00edk okop\u00edrovat mus\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Kdo je p\u0159ipraven, nen\u00ed zasko\u010den. Je-li to nutn\u00e9, cho\u010fte na \u00fa\u0159ady v\u017edy vyzbrojeni ov\u011b\u0159en\u00fdmi kopiemi z\u00e1sadn\u00edch dokument\u016f.
