What is it?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All employees sent for work across Europe are obliged to have an A1 form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The A1 (formerly E101 or E103) is an internationally recognised form that allows EU-based employees to work from other EU and EEA* countries without paying additional social and health insurance fees.<\/strong> It proves you pay insurance in another European country, and therefore prevents you from being fined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who does it concern?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The A1 form is obligatory for Czech residents working in multiple EU* states. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whether it is a half-day business trip or a year abroad, having the A1 form is a legal requirement and not fulfilling it could result in fines. The A1 is valid for up to 24 months and can be re-issued, given the employee fulfills a two-month break after the expiration date before re-applying.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to get your A1?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 se p\u0159i vysl\u00e1n\u00ed do zahrani\u010d\u00ed, aby nedo\u0161lo k placen\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ve v\u00edce zem\u00edch sou\u010dasn\u011b (nebo v \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9). Koho se A1 t\u00fdk\u00e1?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Formul\u00e1\u0159 je ur\u010den pro \u010desk\u00e9 ob\u010dany pracuj\u00edc\u00ed ve v\u00edce st\u00e1tech Evropsk\u00e9 unie*. Vztahuje se na v\u0161echny d\u00e9lky pracovn\u00edch pobyt\u016f \u2013 a\u0165 u\u017e je to p\u00e1r hodin \u010di dn\u00ed, nebo se jedn\u00e1 a tzv. vysl\u00e1n\u00ed na dobu n\u011bkolika m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f. Maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed platnost A1 je 24 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f, formul\u00e1\u0159 lze v\u0161ak vydat opakovan\u011b s dodr\u017een\u00edm dvoum\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed p\u0159est\u00e1vky po vypr\u0161en\u00ed prvn\u00ed lh\u016fty platnosti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
